Why is it necessary to inspect buildings? 

     Absolut Construct conducts commercial building inspections to determine building condition and identify maintenance issues for owners, leasing agents and buyers. Our inspectors will provide a thorough move-in inspection report of the building, detailing any potential problems and current defects. This information will enable you to mitigate financial and operational risks and negotiate favorable terms for lease, buying or selling.

     After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report wich discusses each building system and will describe all of the significant concerns or defects that were found during the inspection. Each report will include a table of immediate repairs and a table of replacement reserves over the desired reserve period. It will delivered to you by email, and a paper version will be available at our office.
